Our COVID -19 Regulations
Cru COVID-19 Posted Guidelines: Enforced policies: Masks are required at all Cru sanctioned events, indoors and outdoors, until NMU resumes face-to-face classes (at which point this policy will be reassessed). This policy has been put in place in order to prevent Covid-19 from spreading. Lots of students and faculty have not received test results and may not know if they are asymptomatic (Covid-19 carriers).
Small, stationary activities: Outside activities where participants will be sitting 6ft apart and not moving (such as Community Groups) will be deemed small, stationary activities. It will be up to participants whether masks will be worn at the specific activity based on the most cautious viewpoint present.
Reminders: Cru staff will be making an effort to remind all of us to wear our masks unless we are eating or participating in physical activity (raised heart and respiratory rate), in which case all participants should be at least 6ft apart.
Cru Members/Participants: In order to help keep Cru safe and welcoming we ask you to wear masks and distance (whenever possible). We also encourage bringing your own chairs and/or blankets to stationary activities (outdoor 808 and Community Group) for your comfort and distancing purposes. Cru is a caring community passionate about connecting people to Jesus Christ; so the safety of all participants is a high priority in order to keep the greatest number of people feeling comfortable and welcome.
Thank you!
